The draw for the Semi Finals is now online.
There was an error on the results page that has meant GJ Green move into the top 4 of C Grade and Highlands 2 move out of the top 4 in Women’s B Reserve.
I hadn’t moved CLC 1 who moved from C Grade to B Reserve earlier in the year.
Apologies to the 8 teams in Women’s B Reserve that missed out on the top 4 – a short season and a huge pool means that teams didn’t play everyone else which is not ideal – but the best we could manage this season.
We’ll improve on that next time.
Good luck to everyone.
Pink Night(s) 2019 was a great success. Check out our facebook page for a heap of photos taken on the night.
If you have photos yourself we would love to see them shared on our page.
Tickets in the raffle are still available, as are some numbers on the 100 board. Get in early this week before they are drawn. We have raised over $800 so far, which is a great effort.
Thanks to everyone that helped out over the 2 nights – especially those who came in especially to help out on the BBQ.
A special thanks to Cheryl Norman for all her efforts to organise the event. It’s great to see the amount of support for the this cause that you have developed in recent years – not just in donations but in community awareness. Thank you.
Toowoomba Volleyball Association will once again be holding a Pink Sports Nights to raise funds for breast cancer.
It will be held on Tuesday 14th and Wednesday the 15th of May.
Join in the fun and help raise money for such a great cause. Sports all around Australia are doing likewise so let’s put volleyball up there too!
