SITTING VOLLEYBALL
About The Program
TVA is proud to introduce to the community the first sitting volleyball program for the region.

Sitting, or paravolley, as it is also known, is a form of the game that caters for all peoples and all abilities.

As the name suggests, it is played seated on the floor of a reduced court (about the size of a typical badminton court) with the net also lowered (105cm for females, 110cm for mixed and 115cm for males).
There are some modified rules for this version of the game and a great place to learn more is on the World Paravolley website (https://worldparavolley.org/volleyslide/).
